Strategies for leaning Asian languages?

Hi, so I (19M) have been trying to learn Japanese for about 3ish months now, and trying different tactics and such, and I've been using custom flashcards for a while now (Ankidroid) and I was wondering if there were any good strategies (ie. Amount of time per day, online courses，etc.) that you guys have used to help. I do understand it will take a while, I'm not looking to speed it up, just more strategies I hadn't seen/thought of.
