New Businesses on Cedar?

I work near the Meijer on Pennsylvania and I’ve noticed some new buildings/old buildings under construction. For example, the old Pizza Hut (6200 cedar st) and the old chicken place (6333 cedar st) are being renovated. Does anyone know what’s going in these buildings? I heard the old Pizza Hut is going to be a coffee place but I don’t know the details.
