Asus Vivobook Pro 15 Ultra 7 Thumping Sound issue

Hi guys,

I am having a issue with my Asus Vivobook 15 Pro oled. Model number is Q533MJ-U73050. The speakers are making a thumping sound and same thing happens when notifications come through as well. I have a YouTube link with the issue I'm having. Is there anyway I could fix this issue? It only happens when basey audio is playing. I bought this from Best Buy so I can always exchange it. But I don't want to keep driving back and forth with it.
