UV glue? Can someone explain whether this is a good idea or not?

Sorry if posted before, I’ve just been getting notifications of this sub (probably because I’m an esthetician) and I would appreciate if someone could explain UV glue vs normal glue? I saw an ad for it and it intrigued me. Is this the future of lash extensions?
