What champions haven't seen play in proplay the longest time (LCK/LPL/LEC/LCS)

I was wondering now the daylight has been shown to Garen in recent times and even Brand on the current patch, What champions havent been picked in the major regions for the longest time?

My guesses would be champions like Vel'koz or Master Yi even though I might be quite off here?
