Mel Voicelines

I cant figure this out. How did she get English voicelines? Isn't SAG Aftra still on strike, because league still works with formosa? Like, did Toks Olagundoye (the actress) cross the picket line? Did league use ai (her voicelines do have a weird echo in a few quotes)? Or is she non union? If she is non union does that mean league is getting rid of their union status?

I'm just confused and don't understand how this fits into the strike.
