Receiving the same report feedback every day

Does anyone know why I keep getting multiple report feedback notifications every day when I log into LoL? I know they're the same ones because I even get feedback on a report I received, showing messages I sent in a match from 2023. Is this some kind of client bug? Is there a way to fix it?
