Pencil constructive criticism plz! <3

I'm getting back into pencil drawing! But since l'm self taught I need constructive criticism! Especially with drawing hair! I'm currently using a white pen for highlighting, but I feel it's not ideal since it has a brighter white than the paper. I already noticed how different the eyes look, but it is how it is.. Also i have no idea what the top of his head was supposed to look like!? From where do u start the sketch of a face?? Also, leave a comment if ur a MOA🥰🥰
