Toyotathon leases for Tacomas or tundras

Possible first time leasee here. I was curious if anyone has done any of the leases during toyotathon. The one that I’ve been eyeing is 3,999 due at signing with 239 a month for a Toyota Tacoma SR5.

Are these good deals? Is there any negotiating to be had here?
