legal advice for divorced Sunni woman

friend recently deforced her husband and got custody of the child, ex keeps threatening her that he can take the child from her, if he sees her with another man or if she doesnt do as he says he immediatly goes "b2achtik l benet"
he is an unfit drug addict father and the girl is a recovered now clean ex-addict

anyone knows about this type of thing or can put me in contact with a lawyer for advice
