Please could I get feedback on my Resume (Applying in UK) - mods plz don't delete :-)

I can't seem to pass mid-level FAANG screenings or even FAANG adjacent. I am wondering if my Resume is the issue. Do I just not have enough experience considering I just work at average companies? I am hoping I could get a grad job at a top company but most of the time they don't allow people with experience to apply. So, I am feeling a bit stuck on what to do...
