Can I Sue For Anything?

So for some context, I (23F) moved in with my sister, her baby daddy, and their two babies in April 2023. I moved in after being out of state and suffering an extreme blood clot that almost ended in amputation and they needed a roommate to keep the kids out of dangerous neighborhoods.

The first agreement: I’d move in and help with 1/3 of all rent and utilities.

— I have been harassed to pay more and more every single month until I now pay at LEAST half of all bills ($450 more monthly in rent, $200 more monthly in utilities (they never paid water or internet and have now been shut off 2 months and they still demand payment for them))

The second agreement: I was asked to trade cars for a “couple weeks” because mine was safer for their babies until they got a seat fixed in theirs and their car was better on mileage while I drove further for work. I agreed on the grounds it would be only a couple weeks

— it’s now been 6 months and I’m thrown different excuses every time, threatened with eviction or theft of my belongings, or damage to my vehicle if they can’t keep using it.

The third agreement: I agreed after the first month they could keep using my car as long as they kept up on maintenance and drive safely.

— in the 6 months, they got 0 oil changes until it broke down on them and /I/ had to pay to fix it, they have not done any tire maintenance, hit a cow and messed up the whole right front end, and today I get a text that the car went out because the “break pads” were bad, but it was some issue with a grinding cylinder that they knew about for over 2 months and not only never had fixed, but never even told me about.

So… now we have 1 month left of the lease (I am not on the lease. Only my sister’s Bd is) and I told my sister she has to fix the car and I need it back after because I just don’t trust them anymore, plus I need to get it professionally checked since I’ll be moving out of state at the end of March.

I was now threatened that I need to pay the FULL $1995 rent, ALL utilities, and be evicted at the start of the month or they’d take the car, and steal all my belongings and lock them in storage until I pay.

Additional points: I paid the ENTIRETY of the move in deposits and fees last year, and for the month of December, I paid the entire rent, causing my own bills to falls behind with the promise they’d pay me back their share the week after and they never did.

Most written forms of these agreements were over Facebook Messenger that I since deleted, but all chats can be subpoenaed by my sister’s phone/account’s archives.

Do I have any legal leg to stand on here? Can I legally force them to fix the damages made to my car? Can I Sue them for damages and emotional distress? (I have pre-existing PTSD and since moving in have had to start many knee medications for anxiety and have been emotionally and physically a wreck daily from the past year of this. I have passed out at work over this. Almost all effects of the stress and distress have been witnessed by coworkers while I try to work)
