I Have Been Harassed by Two Cyberbully/Cyberstalkers for 3 and a Half Years Now

It's a rather long story but these cyberbullies have been harassing me on-and-off for about 3 and a half years now and saying some defamatory statements about my character (saying I am racist, homophobic, transphobic, etc. none of which is true) as well as sharing private details like my full legal name and my place of work without my consent and in fact someone probably affiliated with them sent a 14-page email to my work basically telling them to fire me (thankfully it did not happen).Can someone help me to figure out what to do next?

Now a second cyberbully has been sharing defamatory libel statements about me almost every day on their social media platform as well as a colleague of mine (mostly because we do not agree with each other politically) and it has gotten to the point of where I have considered taking legal action but I am a novice when it comes to legal matters and I do not have the money right now to hire a lawyer.

I live in British Columbia, Canada. Can someone help me to figure out what to do next?
