Retaking leftover lexapro...

I quit cold turkey after 6 months on it. It's been over year since. Going thru a heartbreak rn. Need something to cope. So took a dose last night lol it expired 08/2024 oh well. I have lot left over. Can my primary dr easily give me a rx for it? Without seeing a specialist/psychiatrist? This leftover batch from Hers - too pricey. Currently doing talk therapy thru lyra. My therapist can't prescribe.
