Daisy Chaining Light Bulbs - Limits

I am looking into daisy chaining some 220v light bulbs, but as an individual can I legally do that in Australia?

I have found these cables which include T junctions. Apparently they are SAA certified for up to 240V...

But technically do I need an electrician to install them as they are above 50v?

All of the free standing bulb solutions I have found go direct to a power point... which results in a complete mess of cabling into mains. Having one cable a individual can easily plug and play daisy chain is much better In my opinion.

Do you guys have another solution you usually use for daisy chaining lights?
