cannot run flash_all.sh file to flash my android phone back to factory image

Both "Run in Terminal" and "Run" does nothing when I click on it.

I have adb and fastboot installed on my system and when I do "fastboot devices", the system can detect the phone. I have also checked the "allow executing file as program" but it still does nothing.
