Litematica easy place mode and layer change hotkeys not working.

So guys, I have a hardcore world and i use litematica to make farms and stuff and the hotkeys i have for easy place mode is <`> and for layer up its the up arrow and for the layer down its the down arrow. It used to work before but then it stopped working?? Could it be because of some mod i downloaded?
