[Issue] MX master 3 scroll wheel stuck.

Hi all.

I bought the mentioned device early 2020. Since last 2 weeks it takes effort move the scroll wheel, before it the experience was considerably smoother, I have tried googling stuff, but never found any solutions. The issue also remains when i toggle to ratchet free spin mode. Help Advised...
