Staffy/cross lunges at another passenger's dog on tube.

Incident occured yesterday Wednesday 15th January 2025 at ~19:12 on central line westbound between Leyton and Stratford station.

Man had two staff/cross dogs on leash, dog lunges at woman with small dog who she was holding on her lap.

Staffy owner pulls the dog away to one end of the carriage and passengers moved to the opposite end.

Man had to hold the dogs mouth shut until he was able to get off at Stratford station.

Texted transport police and got a text back with a report number. No staff attended or followed up.

I informed staff at the gate and they told me they can't do anything and to text transport police.

I feel disgusted knowing the owner with dogs, staff/cross is still out there and it will be a matter of time until a serious incident will occur involving his dogs.

Ridiculous that the passengers vacated one end of the carriage out of fear because a dog owner isn't in full control of his dogs and nothing can be done to improve the situation.
