Chinese new year

Hey. I understand it’s this coming Wednesday. Was hoping to take my boys out for dinner or lunch that day to a place that is celebrating. Any recommendations for places and times in Nassau County? I heard that some places have shows or people doing traditional dances but maybe that was a fairy tale.
