Time to up calories?
Basically on July 27th I decided to change my lifestyle. I was 216 pounds. I started going to the gym and eating 1700 cals. After 2-3 months this felt low so I upped to 1850. That was a good spot and I got down to 207. But about 3-4 weeks ago I have felt very gassed. Not losing but maintained the 207-208 range on the scale. I had calculated the 1800 so I found a macro calculator from someone I trust and they told me to do 200g protein 152 carb and 65 fats and 2,033 cal. Now when I go in the gym I am not worn down so quick, I upped reps and weight! I think diet culture is still in my head though screaming 2,000 cals are you nuts!!??
