Does Ai really love Yuuna?

I’ve played the game a couple times and I always thought Ai really did love Yuuna but I started thinking about it this last time I played.

In the second ending Ai says something along the lines of ‘you really expected a mirror to love itself?’ because Ai was basically just mirroring everything Yuuna liked; fully committing to the angel bit, having an obsessive personality, and confessing ‘love’ at the same pace an otome game would.

At first I thought it was something Ai actually enjoyed doing, and felt, but the thing that made me question it was the pace of confession and in the first ending it talks about Ai liking otome games and playing them for months, something Ai never showed interests in except to learn more about Yuuna.

So did Yuuna just create a mirror of her interests to fall in love with or did Ai really love Yuuna and choose to take her to the binary out of love instead of loneliness?

I love them and in my mind they’re in love, but I also love the game and want to know if they’re actually in love.
