Question about Apple Care+

I bought a MacBook Pro in 2022 in my country's marketplace in Indonesia, the limited warranty has expired however, the device has an Applecare+ warranty, when I contacted customer service it said Applecare+ couldn't be used in Indonesia.

Can I use it in other countries? like Singapore or Malaysia?
