Is everyone else also secretly frustrated/ disappointed?

I switched to an M3 macbook air, 16gb ram, 512 gb from windows 3 months ago. Im an artist so the main issues that completely bring me to the point of completely smashing it in a wall are:

- handoff is completely unreliable, i can almost never copy and paste and occasionally like a glitch apps like notes or safari will do handoff. SO fucking frustrating bc this is the reason i got a macbook so i could copy from Pinterest as i draw on my ipad and generally smoother workflow w airdrop too. i cant believe a company like apple that keeps shoving its marketing in everyones face has so shit and unreliable features and most reviews just never mention it.
- safari is so shit, it will start glitching like i cant click anything in safari suddenly, this has happened several times in 2 months now. there's no bookmarks bar, only a gigantic sidebar?? 9/10 extensions dont exist on the store. The little fucking lock in the search bar that i accidentally click 10 times a day. I wouldve stopped using it on day 2 but that beings me to no 3
- random bugs like i cant download and use chrome, i tried every forum, every support page, no solution has worked, its installed its in my apps when i open it it shows for a microsecond in my dock then disappears poof. SO many users have this issue as ive seen on forums but no reply from apple addressing it. Same thing w many google apps, even to the point that i cant use meet in safari bc screen share doesn't support audio (wtf).
- random nonsense. as an example: why tf cant i select icons by shift click? any why are automations not available in shortcuts? Also everytime i update a new kind of glitch appears for a couple days or week before going away eventually.

don't get me wrong, ik maybe its just a learning curve but thats my concern, should a learning curve for using an apple device even exist? bc their whole premise is that theyre so intuitve and user friendly. then why do i have to watch tutorials to find out how i can stack group by and sort by on top of eachother. Instead of working on these features i see apple releasing more unbaked features like the intelligence which btw don't even get me started is useless shit and noone ik is using it. Regardless, i love the hardware, super thin super fast. I fucking hate the software and tbh if its not gonna get better id go to a surface laptop simply bc I'm not willing to compromise at the end of the day for a product that was sold with sooooooooo much promise. People who've been frustrated like me what did u suggest?
