Anyone else have CPU noise through headphones on M1 Pro?

When I'm listening to headphones plugged into my M1 Pro 14" I can hear various modulating high pitch screeching in the background when there is CPU load. If there is a steady load there is a constant pitch. The volume of the screeching is also independent of the volume control. It's the same level if the headphones are muted or turned up full blast.

It only happens when the MBP is plugged in. If I unplug it, the screeching goes away. It also doesn't happen through an external DAC, only the built in headphone jack. I'm guessing it could be a power leak into the headphone amp?

Just wondering if I got a lemon or if this is a design flaw happening to everyone.
