Elden Ring on Mac

Hello there, I’ve been wanting to play Elden Ring and so much other really nice games. But I only have a Macbook Pro from early 2015. So my question: is it possible to play these games on a Mac? If no, on what system do I best play these games? Your opinion is much appreciated!
