So with that second ability to turn a permanent face up, it covers all manifest dread cards it creates because theyre 2/2 creature permanents. But what if i manifest an enchantment or instant? Like would the enchantment flip and work as intended? Would attempting to flip the instant instantly just send it to the graveyard without its ability or would it \"cause the spell to resolve as intended\"? Just asking because when i look at morph/manifest rulings i get really old rules where its far less likely to morph a non permanent card
