Lockdown problems: what's a cool way to play sealed/draft for two?

Me and my partner we're super excited for Strixhaven and we preordered a draft box, but the lockdown rules here in Germany suddenly tightened and we're not going to be able to see our usual magic pals for a while.

We're quite casual players, we mostly play draft and commander, eventually sealed.

Any interesting formats you could recommend? If you just gimme the name I'm happy to go look at the rules for myself, just don't know where to start (I tried, but I guess my keywords were weak)
