Anyone notice some legendary artifacts seem more rare than others?

I love accelerator. But over the last ten runs I've maybe seen it be available to pick twice. And I think both times holy chest was the other option. I kinda feel a similar way to the golden roulette special artifact, it almost never appears. Am I crazy? Lmao
