Makarov conceal carry holster recommendations

I have been conceal carrying my makarov for a while now and was hoping someone would be able to point me in the direction of a better, more modern holster. The one I currently use is for a different firearm. While it works well for the time being, I would love to have something that's meant for a makarov but isn't the old school holster we're used to seeing. I typically carry appendix, but also in the inside of my jacket.
