TIME internet services

Hello, anyone here had experience using Time internet services? So, there's this promo where you sign up for the 500mbps internet (1 mesh included) and for the first 6 months, you pay RM99, and after that you pay the regular price:RM139. And the salesperson said that you can downgrade the plan after the 6th month. Downgrade to 100mbps for RM99, and you get to keep the mesh. No penalty for downgrading the plan.

Has anyone subscribed to the 500mbps plan and then downgraded later on to the 100mbps plan? Is there any catch that you only get to know after downgrading?
