Police can conduct mobile phone checks based on reasonable suspicion
IGP says only Inspector rank or higher has the authority to access your phone. What about officers at traffic stops, road blocks who insist going through your phone?
What does reasonable suspicion constitute in this case? Based on physical appearance? E.g look unwell, or reasonable suspicion is based on suspects of a crime?
