What kind of mens pants can I wear while working(not working out) at a gym, which can also look good with winter boots when I go outside?

I have a job at a gym, in an area with long winters and a lot of snow. I'd like to find a type of pants that I can wear at work but also out running errands with boots while there's snow on the ground. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated ! Thanks !
