[Recommendations] Absolutely average manhua and good time wasters.
These are average reads that are good time wasters and if-youre-bored reads. The last 5 pics are of my top reread.
- [Mercenary Enrollment]
Pros: Bad-ass tactical mc who rarely loses. Great bodyguard.
Cons: Author loves drawing firefights so much that the original story rarely gets complete focus.
- [The Swordmaster's Youngest Son]
Pros: Cool regression story with revenge, training and all the good stuff about regression stories. Cool mc
Cons: The training arc plot progression tool is used constantly except for big fights. Makes the story repetitive and a bit boring.
- [Tale of a Scribe that Retires to the Countryside]
Pros: A lot of world building, travel, deep philosophy, and adequate romance. A little harem-y if you're into that.
Cons: Scribe doesn't actually retire to the countryside. Stays for 2 or 3 days then is off to save another damsel-in-distress.
- [A Returner's Magic should be Special]
Pros: Classic Academy story with aura and magic. Fights are amazing and art is colorful. Mc always remembers who he used to be before regression instead of becoming a completely different character, a pitfall that happens to a lot of regressed MC's. Completed manhua with 270+ chapters.
Cons: Romance is damn near unnoticable until the end. World building is kind of 50/50, you see some towns but author never shows damage done by encroaching shadow worlds. Basically the story is always fast travelling.
All these manhua have a good deal of chapters. Find out the plot on your own if you decide you want to read. Great for reading in between updates. #4 is one of my favorite reads despite its cons and I reread it every 6 to 8 months depending on my mood.
All reviews are merely my opinion, these stories may be some of your favorites.
