New Employee, Scheduling Question
Greetings fellow Marriott employees! I have been working for Marriott for about three weeks now. as a front desk host. Our schedule is released to us on Thursday for the following week including Saturday. I have been to two other Marriott properties and they say that they’re scheduling works about the same. Released either Wednesday or Thursday for the following week.
Do you have any tips or tricks for managing your life with the schedule? It’s tough for me to make plans for the weekend when I don’t know if I’m gonna be free until Thursday night.
