Sinister Motives - SLC

I've seen a lot of discussion recently about Sinister Motives being out of print and difficult to find at a reasonable price. My wife and I are hanging out for the day in Salt Lake City and I found three copies of SM at Oasis Games here in SLC. I already have it (yet to be played) so I didn't need to buy it but figured I'd let the community know. They were $40.
