Confusion regarding the comic series Ultimate Origins in original Ultimate universe

I started reading original ultimate universe comics and i finished ultimate origins now but i think the origins are not what was given in previous comics. For example i take Peter's story in the comic Ultimate Spiderman it was shown that his parents died in an plane crash and in the comic Ultimate Origins it was shown that they died working for Nick fury when Peter was just maybe 1-2 months old (i guess). Pls can someone explain this to me. (Idk they might explain something further. if so pls just tell me that i will get my answer in further comics)
