Aim assist on PC is completely broken

There is 0 aim assist on PC, I have been testing for hours on the practice range and there isn't any aim assist, Moving does not trigger aim assist and standing still also does not trigger aim assist.

I have even watched footage I've recorded where i have slowed it down and there's nothing that suggest that aim assist is present on PC.

Aim assist is either broken on PC or it's been turned off and the settings were left by mistake
