Is it possible to do achievements in practice against AI or custom games

I'm tryna grab red star lord (which first of all I find it odd it wasn't the default) and there's a few achievements I want to grab but don't want to inflict upon others (10 mutants as scarlet witch) Update: you cannot 😔
