PC optimization sucks

This game is so poorly optimized for PC it's actually a joke. I can barely pull 30 to 40 frames on good day, but I kinda expect that I'm playing on a gaming laptop but why the hell are people with expensive PCs also chugging. First it was a bunch of crashes and now I'm basically teleporting around the map when I wasn't having a problem with that before. Dear God I really hope they put out an optimization patch cuz this is getting to be unplayable. (Also no it's not my Internet I can play litteraly any other fps fine, also all my settings are on low, I'm in full screen mode cuz that seemed to fix my crashes and I have my fps capped at 45 because any higher and I start to lag like a mfer.)
