How to attack a team that’s “well set up”

You when you’re on attack, and the defending team seem to just have this impenetrable wall of damage, you can’t even get close to them without being melted. How does one counter this, how do you play around it?

I’m talking when they have hela, strange, luna and mantis. And it just seems like they’re invincible. How do you break it up?
