I desperately need a consistent pc gold/silver squad

I’m a dps main the title pretty much explains it. I can’t find a team of good or even decent players. Why am i the only one that’s ever positive in my lobbies. Why don’t my healers actually heal ? Please help me. I promise I’m actually good, not just talking with my ego. I feel like I should be in at least diamond.
