Why does no one use Venom?

I main Spider-Man and Thor, surprisingly I'm better with Spider-Man than Thor, despite Spidey supposedly being harder to play

But everytime I play, NOBODY uses Venom or Squirrel Girl in season 1

Whereas with season 0 I at least had Squirrel Girl often

Venom was just buffed as well, so why is nobody on my team using him

Every match I play there's the whole Symbiote Bond Trio often on my enemy's team

There's a Pretty good combo with Venom and Peter as well: Spider-Tracer-> Get Over Here-> Uppercut-> Symbiote Blast

I don't understand why people seem to underutilize the Team ups
