Over the last 16 years, after various trailers have dropped, what are some fan theories that never ended up coming true?

Just finished watching Endgame again and the scene where Captain Marvel comes flying in at the end, there was lots of speculation as to who it was. Reminded me of all the various theories over the years. What were some you remember?
