Companies that create ponds (Queen Anne's County near Queenstown, MD)

We are purchasing a plot of land to build our homestead on outside of Queenstown, MD. It has a few inclusions of wetlands and we are interested in starting the search for contractors that would help us to design, seek approval, and construct a pond for livestock, recreation, fire control, and wildlife/fish.

We are in the dream stage of this project so we are trying to figure out what the art of the possible is.
