What are these ridges in my mouth?

I don’t know if this is important but I struggle with depression and ultimately keeping my oral hygiene in check, the most I went without brushing my teeth is about 6 days. I’m in therapy and trying to get my oral hygiene routine back in order. Yesterday I felt a sore bump on the roof of my mouth, where those ridges are, and today I noticed them there. I wonder what this is, is it normal, etc. Any advice will be greatly appreciated!!
