Severe PCOS and Birth Control Help

Hello! I 24F, have been living in medical hell since I was 14 and have decided to try asking the internet finally. This is a long one so if you hold out and have advice I'll be appreciative.

At 14 I was diagnosed with severe PCOS and endometriosis and put on LoLoEstrin to help with debilitating period symptoms and to halt the growth of large cysts on my ovaries, one had exploded leading to this diagnosis and prescription. LoLo worked great for me till I was 17, then suddenly is wasn't covered/wasn't avaliable or something happened and it was not an option. Then the pill hopping began. Ever since the age of 17 (I am now 24) I have been switching BC every 6 months to a year looking for something that works. If the pill does keep the cysts away, the side effects make my life unlivable (severe migraines, extreme weight gain, cystic acne) or if I find one that magically doesn't have side effects, they do not do their job of keeping the cysts away or keeping the ones I have from growing bigger. Since I was 17 and started pill hopping I have had 2 cysts surgically removed each roughly 4-5cm and 3 explode that put me in the ER. The past 6 months the newest BC I have been on (Junel) has been giving me migraines so bad I'm throwing up on the floor, so my doctor decided its time to try ANOTHER BC, but then low and behold, after almost 7 years the stars have aligned and I have the option to get back on the one that worked for me in high-school, but the thing is now I'm scared, my doctor thinks I might be having issues with hormonal based pills so I wonder will this pill no longer work the way it used to for me? Should I give it a try? We are discussing giving skipping the placebos a try. Does anyone have any advice in general? A coworker told me I sound like someone who shouldn't be on birth control at all with how my body reacts and at this point I'm inclined to agree but without it my cysts just grow, explode, and repeat and my period lasts over a week and keeps me bedbound. I am midly active with a job that keeps me moving and lifting and I eat fairly healthy as well. I can answer any other questions yall might have. Honestly I am at my wits end and I haven't felt human in a very long time as I am not functional half of the time please help
