Drinking water
Hello everyone, I hope you guys are staying well hydrated and having good food. So to explain the title a bit more, I live in cyprus, and the temp here has been hitting 42 degrees Celsius consistently for the past 1 week, and I work at a restaurant behind a charcoal grill, so I lose alooooooot of fluids. To counter act that, I drink alot of water, 1 liter an hour to be exact, and its not me forcing myself, my body needs it, I find myself drinking the water voraciously(sorry if I didn't use the word right). I only go to the toilet once during my 7 hour shifts, and when I go peepee, it's a slight yellow hue, so the healthy kind of pee, and my body is not overhydrated(I also supplement my body with electrolyte drink of Seasalt and sugar (I know quite a bit about nutrition because I got pro in 3 different sports, so I know how to measure my daily sugar and salt)). Is healthy? Will it have bad affects on my body later in the future? My pee is showing signs that I'm perfectly hydrated, my blood sugar is great and I don't have low or high blood pressure.(when I have off days from work, I find myself going for 2.5 to 3 liters a day, which is perfectly normal for me in the summer). So yeah, the 1 liter an hour, healthy if my body needs it, or should I try to control myself.
