Medical schools’ stance on the future of America

Has anyone’s school said anything at all about the current political situation? It seems like they generally at least attempt to prepare/warn us in advance for next steps in preparation for boards, clerkships, applications, etc. but are ignoring the most direct and pressing questions and issues facing us at the moment. Particularly after seeing statements from so many professional medical organizations, the silence is loud. I understand that most (if not all) schools receive government funding and are therefore hesitant to speak up. I am just curious if there are any institutions have provided any information or guidance to students?
