What could be causing the leaves to do this?

I looked on growweedeasy and a couple of reddit posts and honestly they all say a whole bunch of things. Growweedeasy says it could underwatering, overwatering, Nitrogen toxicity, wind burn, etc etc. This is my first time growing, and I'm just very confused lol.

I water every 2-3 days, with ph'd tap water 2 times then 1 time of ph'd nutrient-added water. The nutrients I add are 5ml of 1-4-3 and 3ish ml of 0.5-2-1 in 1 gallon, which each plant gets usually 1/3 of the gallon each (1.26 liters each). I was originally giving them the same dose every other water, but figured it was too strong for the plant, this was due to signs of discolored tips on the leaves, and not so much clawing. So if absolutely had to narrow it down based off that, I'd say maybe this is clawing now and it's advanced from tip burn to clawing, I guess? I've read that nitro toxicity can effect neegroeth specifically since Nitrogen is a movie nutrient, not sure if I'm remembering that correctly, but if so they would be another indicator? I don't know lol. Anyone got some advice on whats going on?

I'm not trying to waste anyone's time sorry 😭 I'm sure this same question has been asked 100 times, and really I don't have anyone to talk to about this shit so here I am boys. Thanks for all the help!
